Neolithic Period

Also known as the New Stone Age it started about 12,000 years ago when farming appeared instead of just hunter/gatherer it lasted up to 6,500 years in the east, 4500 B.C. and even longer in Northern Europe to 1700 B.C. even extending further in China to 1200 B.C.
